01 Installed Mods
The ultimate Calamity modpack. Every mod hand-picked for compatibility, performance, and maximum fun. All mods verified compatible with tModLoader 1.4.4 as of 2026.
The king of Terraria mods. 27 new bosses, 2000+ items, 5 new biomes, the Rogue class, Revengeance & Death difficulty modes, and a full post-Moon Lord endgame. 8M+ Steam subscribers. This is the backbone of the entire server.
The legendary Calamity soundtrack. 50+ original boss tracks that are genuinely better than most game OSTs. Every boss fight becomes an event. Required companion to the main mod.
Adds the Mutant Town NPC who sells boss summons for every mod. Also provides infinite ammo, craftable skybridges, hellevators, and unlimited potions. The ultimate convenience NPC.
Adds enchantments, essences, souls, and forces. 15 new difficulty-affected bosses. Eternity Mode with completely reworked boss AI. The Soul of Eternity requires 1,582 crafting steps to create.
Official cross-compatibility mod between Calamity and Fargo's Souls. Fixes bugs, balancing, and progression issues. Adds combined difficulties: Eternity-Revengeance and Eternity-Death.
Calamity expansion by Heart Plus Up. Reimplements the Astrageldon Slime as a superboss with overhauled AI, adds Flamethrowers and Whips weapon categories, and more superbosses planned.
God-tier inventory management. One Storage Heart connects unlimited Storage Units into a searchable, craftable-from network. In a modpack with 2000+ items, this is a necessity, not a luxury.
Search any recipe, view crafting trees, find what you can craft with items in your inventory. Multi-step crafting chains are traced automatically. Essential for any modded playthrough.
Tracks every boss across all installed mods. Shows which you've fought, which you've beaten, and what order to fight them in. Cross-mod awareness means Calamity + Fargo bosses all show up correctly.
Vein mining. Hold a key and mine one ore block to instantly excavate the entire connected vein. Saves hours of tedious clicking. Works with all modded ores including Calamity's Astral, Uelibloom, and more.
Modifies the housing panel to show all missing Town NPCs with a checkmark system. Tracks spawn conditions across Calamity, Fargo's, and AlchemistNPC so you never miss an NPC.
Server admin toolkit. Item spawning, player management, world editing, time/weather control. Essential for the host to manage the server and help players who get stuck.
Reduces the respawn timer so you're not staring at a death screen for 15 seconds during boss fights. Keeps the action flowing, especially important in multiplayer where wipes happen.
Which Mod Is This From? When you look at any modded item, block, or NPC, WMITF shows the source mod name. Critical when running 22 mods and you need to know where something came from.
Adds a dedicated equipment slot for wings that doesn't count against your accessory limit. Minor balance impact but huge convenience. You'll never have to choose between wings and a real accessory again.
Auto-swing for all weapons. Hold mouse button to keep attacking instead of clicking for every single swing. Your wrists will thank you during those 10-minute Calamity boss fights.
Adds 7 new NPCs including Alchemist, Brewer, and Jeweler who sell potions and materials. Has built-in Calamity compatibility so it sells Calamity-specific potions too. No more potion farming.
Doors open and close automatically as you walk through them. Simple, clean, and removes a tiny but constant friction point. Works with all modded doors.
Infinite buffs, auto-fishing, one-click arena building, and AFK conveniences. Build a hellevator or skybridge with a single item use. The ultimate lazy player's toolkit.
80+ new pets based on Calamity content, several mounts, critters, and vanity items. Purely cosmetic but adds personality. Who doesn't want a mini Supreme Calamitas following them around?
Upgraded lighting engine with smooth lighting, ambient occlusion, HDR rendering, bloom, and simulated normal maps. Makes the game look dramatically better. Client-side only, no server impact.
Modifies tile blending so ores blend with stone, ice blends with other environmental tiles, and the world looks less disconnected. Subtle but noticeable visual polish.
02 How to Join
Get connected in under 10 minutes. You need Terraria on Steam and a few clicks.
Install tModLoader
Search tModLoader in the Steam store. It's free if you own Terraria. Install it — it appears as a separate game in your library. Launch it once to initialize.
Subscribe to All Mods
In tModLoader, go to Workshop > Download Mods. Search for and subscribe to every mod listed in the Mods section above. Click Download with Dependencies for each one. Alternatively, ask the host for the Steam Workshop Collection link.
Enable All Mods
Go to Workshop > Manage Mods. Enable every downloaded mod. If any show a red conflict icon, disable it and ask the host. Click Reload Mods when done. tModLoader will restart.
Test in Single Player
Create a new Journey Mode, Large world in single player first. If the game loads without crashing, your mods are all compatible. If it crashes, check the Logs/client.log file in your tModLoader folder.
Connect to the Server
From the main menu, click Multiplayer > Join via IP. Enter the server IP and port 7777. Enter the password goroshi2026 when prompted. You're in.
Troubleshooting
If you can't connect: (1) Verify you have the exact same mods enabled as the server. (2) Check your firewall isn't blocking tModLoader. (3) Try restarting tModLoader. 90% of connection issues are mismatched mod versions.
03 Boss Progression
The Calamity gauntlet. 27+ bosses woven between vanilla milestones. This is the recommended kill order. Calamity bosses are marked in purple.
04 Beginner Tips
First time playing modded Terraria? These will save you hours of pain.
Build Magic Storage Early
Craft a Storage Heart + Storage Unit + Storage Access as soon as you have diamonds and wood. You'll accumulate 500+ unique items in the first hour with all these mods. Don't wait until your base is 40 chests deep.
Mobility Over Damage
95% of top Calamity players prioritize movement speed and dash accessories over raw damage early on. The Counter Scarf (from Eye of Cthulhu in Expert+) is the single most important accessory in the game. You can't DPS if you're dead.
Use Boss Checklist
Open the Boss Checklist (default hotkey: check keybinds) to see what order to fight bosses. With Calamity + Fargo's, there are 40+ bosses. The checklist shows exactly who's next and whether you've beaten them.
Pick ONE Class
Don't hybrid. Calamity armor set bonuses are massive and class-locked. Pick Melee, Ranged, Mage, Summoner, or Rogue and commit. Melee is the most forgiving for beginners. Rogue is Calamity-exclusive and super fun.
Recipe Browser is Your Bible
Don't Google "how to craft X." Press the Recipe Browser hotkey and search in-game. It shows every crafting station, every ingredient, and traces multi-step chains. This one mod replaces all wiki-browsing.
Explore the New Biomes
Calamity adds the Sulphurous Sea, Abyss, Astral Infection, Sunken Sea, and Brimstone Crags. Each has unique enemies, loot, and bosses. The Abyss is a massive underwater dungeon that goes 4 layers deep.
Ore Excavator Keybind
Set a keybind for Ore Excavator in Controls. Hold it while mining to excavate entire ore veins at once. This single keybind saves more time than any other mod feature. Works on walls, trees, and ores.
Journey Mode Powers
We run Journey Mode for casual fun. You can duplicate items once you've researched enough of them, set spawn rates, freeze time, and adjust difficulty on the fly. Great for learning boss patterns without losing progress.
Post-Moon Lord is the Real Game
Vanilla Terraria ends at Moon Lord. Calamity's endgame starts there. 11 more bosses, each harder than the last. Supreme Calamitas is arguably the hardest boss fight in all of Terraria modding. Prepare.
05 Class Guide
Calamity has 5 classes. Pick one and commit. Here's what each plays like and who they're best for.
Highest defense, close-range devastation. Swords, yoyos, spears, and true melee projectiles. Best survival time of any class. Recommended for first-time Calamity players.
Guns, bows, and rockets from safe distance. Consistent damage output with high versatility. The Shredder weapon makes Ranger the solo endgame meta. Best single-target DPS.
Mana-powered explosive spells. Highest burst damage and AoE in the game. 42% of Supreme Calamitas kills are Mage. High risk, high reward. Mana management is key.
Summon minions that fight for you while you dodge. Most frail class but strongest overall damage through minion synergies. Massive Calamity overhaul. Best crowd control in multiplayer.
Unique stealth mechanic that charges powerful Stealth Strikes. Thrown weapons with special behaviors. Patient, positioning-based gameplay. Only exists in Calamity — you can't play this anywhere else.
